Flag Football Camp

New for 2025! The Free State Camps Flag Football Camp is a non-contact (no tackling or fumble recoveries allowed) flag football camp for boys and girls ages 8 - 14. No equipment or experience is necessary. Our campers will learn the fundamentals of football while developing their skills using proper techniques to emphasize safety while in a second-to-none fun atmosphere! Each day of camp both offensive and defensive position drills will be introduced to our campers following proper stretching and warm-ups. Throughout our week-long camp there will be fun competitions such as "Pass, Punt, and Kick", skill challenges and The Great Football Relay Race. Campers will then apply what they learned throughout the week to play controlled flag football scrimmages and flag football games.

The overall goal of our camp will be for youth players to enjoy the wonderful game of football in a fun and engaging environment, where they’ll learn new skills, make new friends and have a positive summer camp experience! Each camper will leave the FSC Flag Football Camp with a smile on their face and a better understanding of the game! See you on the gridiron!

• Crossbar fees cannot be reimbursed in case of camp registration cancellation.
• Please note that camp registration money will not be refunded within 14 days of start of camp.
